CITA Group started with 3 members with the greatest ambitions to try and innovate the way that building and designing residential and commercial properties. These techniques were queued from the way that land was determined to be the most utilized while maintaining its natural beauty. How city planners were invitied to help explore the best products for their cities and how development can flourish the master planning creation. How contractors were invited to explore innovative ways to better provide a product. Our philosophy has always innovated the industry.
